Live Sessions: Train together on Zoom and repeat affirmations after each session. Fun and Fitness: Focus on having fun, developing fitness goals, and staying consistent. What's Included: Support Group: A community of women who encourage and motivate each other. Meal Plan: A 7-day Caribbean-inspired meal plan. Smoothie Recipes: Five delicious and healthy smoothie recipes. Flexible Workouts: Exercises you can perform anywhere, with no equipment required. Meeting Time: 6PM EST for 14 days, with rest days included.
