1. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed.

2. Do not soak or immerse in water, as it may damage the structure and materials.

3. Avoid machine washing or drying, as it can cause deformation and affect the effectiveness of the waist trainer.

4. Air dry flat or hang in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

5. Store waist trainers flat or rolled up to maintain their shape and elasticity.

6. Avoid folding or creasing the waist trainer excessively to prevent damage to the boning and fabric.
